Autty esta pendiente de que hagas bien los ejercicios para que no te hagas daño, sus clases son super amenas y divertidas. Es la segunda clase y ya me he cogido mi pack de sesiones para seguir yendo. Entrenas todo el cuerpo, ejercicios muy completos y te sientes tan bien al final que se te hace corto!

Autty is right there with you at every session ensuring you have the correct postures... when you finish a session you feel that you have workec every muscle with ease... go for it. Autty is such a beautiful soul and is such fun.... get in there and get the body you want. Prices are reasonable too

Today was my first Pilates class, and the instructor was very friendly. I love that the classes are personalized. For a first impression, it was amazing, and I feel like I worked my whole body. I can't wait to go again!

Great reformer Pilates studio. They teach in small groups, with only two attendees so the classes are personalized. Autty is a lovely teacher, she teaches with a sense of humor so expect to be challenged but also have a good time 🧡

Llevo casi un mes y estoy súper contenta !! Autty es encantadora y está muy pendiente de todo… incluso adapta el ejercicio si algún movimiento no sienta bien .Muy recomendable!! Seguiré cada semana .

I joined the studio about 3 weeks ago and am very much enjoying the experience. Had classes with all 3 instructors by now and although they all have their own unique style, I leave each class feeling amazing. The studio is petite, but that makes it perfect for sessions in pairs and proper personalised guidance from the instructors. I highly recommend the studio
